MACHO'S Seasoning is an all-natural seasoning company that sources high-quality ingredients from around the world. Inspired by the abundance of additives in popular seasonings, such as seed oils, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, artificial colors, anti-caking agents, and unnatural fillers, we set out to create healthier and tastier products for health-conscious consumers. Cooking is a form of bringing people together, and we are dedicated to assisting in this process with our seasonings and cooking tools. We started our journey in May 2023 with a tight bootstrapped budget and a dream to succeed.

Our product lineup includes two versatile kitchen thermometers:

Instant Read Food Thermometer: This pre-calibrated thermometer provides quick and accurate response times within 2-3 seconds, with an accuracy of +/-1°F. It includes a calibration feature and comes with a user manual for tips and instructions. The thermometer reads temperatures from -58–572°F.

Dual Probe Cooking Thermometer: This thermometer features a wired plug-in probe that can be left in hot environments, such as the oven, grill, smoker, or BBQ. This allows you to continuously monitor the temperature of your food without constantly poking it. The thermometer also has an optional temperature alarm feature to notify you when the target temperature is reached. Both probes are made of food-grade stainless steel.

Both thermometers come with a backlit LCD display, allowing you to use them in low-light conditions, and a lock function that enables you to pause the temperature reading for easier observation. These versatile kitchen thermometers can be used to measure the temperature of meat, baked goods, bread, candy, frying oil, and more.

For easy storage and cleaning, the thermometers include a built-in magnet and hanging hole, and the probes can be washed under warm water with dish soap. To sanitize, the probes can be placed in boiling water for a few minutes (not dishwasher safe, hand-clean only).
